Orders & payment
What is OVVION?
OVVION is a small independent clothing brand. We draw every design by hand and print it on heavyweight 240 to 260gsm cotton in small batches that we never reprint.
How do I pay?
Checkout goes through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account, or as a guest with a debit or credit card in PayPal's own payment window. We never see your card details.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You don't need an account. After paying you get an order number that you can use on the Track Order page.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. The site runs on HTTPS, prices are worked out on our server, and PayPal handles the payment. Your card details never reach us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch as soon as you can with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we can change or cancel it.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We send orders out within 1-2 business days. Standard tracked delivery takes 3-6 business days in the EU, and express takes 1-2 business days. Times for other countries are shown at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free in the EU on orders over €90. Below that it costs €6. Prices for other countries are shown at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship across Europe and to lots of other countries. If you order from outside the EU, your country may charge import tax or duties on delivery.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your parcel ships. You can also check the status any time on the Track Order page using your order number and email.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Size swaps are free within the EU.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
Product & fit
How do the clothes fit?
Everything is cut boxy and oversized. If you want a regular fit, go one size down. All measurements are on the Size Guide.
What are the tees made of?
Tees are 240gsm combed, garment-dyed cotton. Long sleeves are 260gsm brushed cotton. All prints use water-based inks.
How should I wash my tee?
Wash it inside out at 30°C with similar colours, don't tumble dry, and iron it inside out. The print will stay sharp for years.
Will designs be reprinted?
No. Each design is a small run, and once a size sells out we don't make it again. Join the newsletter to hear about new drops first.
