Rates and delivery times

Delivery times are counted from dispatch and are estimates; holidays, peak seasons and customs checks can add a few days. The exact price for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). During a new drop launch it can take up to 3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel ships, and you can check status any time on Track Order.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices include VAT where applicable. For deliveries outside the European Union (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway), your country may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees on arrival. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the recipient. Parcels refused because of these fees are refunded minus the original shipping cost and any return charges.

Address and delivery problems

• Please double-check your address at checkout. We ship to exactly what you enter.
• Need to change the address? Contact us immediately; we can update it until the parcel ships.
• Tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, or the parcel shows delivered but you can't find it? Email info.ovvion@gmail.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
• Lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier): we send a replacement or a full refund.
