1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website (the "Store"). By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. The Store is operated by:

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

2. Products

Our products are hand-drawn designs printed in small, limited batches. We try to show colours and prints as accurately as possible, but screens vary and small differences in colour or placement are part of the printing process. Measurements are listed on our Size Guide; garments may vary by ±2 cm.

Our artwork is original and parodic in nature. Any references to films, music or public figures are homage and do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, any rights holder.

3. Orders and contract

1. Choose your items, enter your details, choose delivery and pay via PayPal (PayPal account or card).
2. Before paying you can review and correct your order on the checkout page.
3. The contract between you and us is formed when your payment is captured and we show the order confirmation with your order number. We also send a confirmation by email where email is enabled.
4. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unexpectedly unavailable, if there was an obvious pricing error, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

The contract language is English. We store the order details; you can see your order status on Track Order.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is taken at the time of order through PayPal. We accept PayPal balance and the cards and methods PayPal offers in your country. We never receive your full card details.
• Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient.

5. Delivery

We dispatch within 1-2 business days and deliver to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you (or a person you nominate). Please make sure your address is correct; we are not responsible for parcels lost because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you indicate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us at info.ovvion@gmail.com with a clear statement (e.g. "I withdraw from my order OV-XXXXXXXX"). You may use the model form below, but it is not required. It is enough to send your notice before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (not any extra cost of express delivery you chose), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, wearing, washing or damaging them).

7. Warranty and faulty items

You have the statutory legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund you, including shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law provides. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual property

All artwork, photographs, text, logos and the Ovvi character on this site are owned by OVVION (Pvt) Ltd or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

10. Using the site

Please don't misuse the Store, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its security, placing fraudulent orders, or scraping it in bulk.

11. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in your local courts. Please contact us first. Most issues are sorted out quickly by email. We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
